These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flow Mock service available at flowmock.dev and related domains (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement and parties
The Service is operated by Petar Slovic, an individual based in the Republic of Serbia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The service
Flow Mock is a proxy and API-mocking tool designed for testing and staging environments. It lets you route application traffic through a Flow Mock proxy URL, inspect request and response history, and apply per-session overrides for QA scenarios.
The Service is not intended for production traffic and is not a system of record. Logs and captured data are ephemeral by design and are automatically deleted according to your retention settings (see Section 6).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and within organizations you create or join, including actions taken by other members of those organizations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Route production end-user traffic or process data you do not have the legal right to collect, store, or process.
- Use the Service as an open relay, generic proxy, or tunnel to third-party services you do not control or have authorization to proxy.
- Facilitate abuse, scraping of third-party services without permission, malware distribution, illegal content, or attempts to evade rate limits or security controls.
- Probe, access, or attempt to access data belonging to other tenants or organizations.
- Send special-category personal data (such as health information, financial account credentials, or government identification numbers) through the proxy without appropriate safeguards. If test data may contain such fields, you must configure redaction rules before storage occurs.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to route any data through Flow Mock, and for configuring redaction and retention settings appropriately for your use case. Whatever your application sends through your proxy URL is captured by design — this is how the product works.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts flagged through our verification or abuse-review processes.
5. Customer data and license
You retain ownership of data you route through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and operate the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law.
For how we handle Customer Data, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided on a beta, as-is basis without a service-level agreement. Features, limits, and pricing may change at any time. Captured logs and request/response bodies are ephemeral: they are automatically deleted after the retention period configured for your project or organization (default 14 days, configurable from 1 to 90 days). Do not rely on the Service as a backup or archive.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) IF YOU USE THE SERVICE FOR FREE.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Customer Data you route through the Service, your violation of Section 4 (Acceptable use), or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Customer Data is removed according to your retention schedule; account data is deleted when you delete your account, subject to any legal retention obligations.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may also notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, Serbia, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
